Review by hotel critic
During our recent family vacation, we encountered some challenges at this hotel. While it is marketed as family-friendly, the village seemed deserted, with limited dining options available. On one occasion, we were unable to enjoy a meal at the hotel due to a private wedding event and had to negotiate with the management for access to the garden for a drink. Despite these setbacks, our youngest, aged 3, enjoyed the modest facilities. The hotel's proximity to nature allowed for some outdoor activities, keeping my 8-year-old entertained. The basic accommodation across the road was adequate for our needs, but families should prepare for limited options outside the property. While it lacks vibrant amenities, there remains potential for a peaceful stay.
